We added one of our favorite herbs, fresh mint, to complement the flavor of this juice. Mint is known for its ability to quell an uneasy
stomach or to freshen breath, but it also contains antimicrobial properties. Therefore, mint can be helpful in preventing the growth of
harmful bacteria in the body. We also love it for its cooling and stomach-soothing properties. As an added bonus, it is a natural
stimulant that makes us feel energized and lifts our mood.
MAKES 1 TO 2 (8-OUNCE) SERVINGS
2 oranges, peeled
1 tangerine, peeled
1/2 lemon, peeled
Large handful of fresh mint leaves 2 celery
Variation: Leave out the celery, and you’ll have a simple, tangy juice
with a hint of mint.
